When Will My Order Be Processed?

All orders are prepared and shipped from our main warehouse. During holiday periods and promotional campaigns, processing times may experience slight delays.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase and shipped on the following business day.

After 8 hours from the order confirmation, cancellations will no longer be possible. If you wish to return an item, you will need to wait until you receive it and follow our return policy.

Need to change the delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.

Note: We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

After processing, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on the destination and local courier services.

Important:
Carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
If an order is processed on Friday after 24:00, it will most likely be shipped on the following Monday.
