Refund Policy
Return Period
Customers may return products purchased from Beauty Diamond within 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn and in its original condition
- In the original packaging, with all tags attached (for clothing and fashion items)
We do not accept returns for used items unless they show manufacturing defects or were damaged during shipping.
How to Request a Return
If you wish to request a return, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@beautydiamond.co including your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will provide the return instructions and shipping address.
- Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund if approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Did you receive the wrong, defective or damaged item?
Please contact us immediately at info@beautydiamond.co and include clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review the case and assist you with a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customised or made-to-order items
- Opened cosmetic or personal care products
- Clothing or fashion items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant or damage
- Hazardous materials, liquids or flammable products
- Sale items or gift cards

Product Exchanges
To request an exchange:
- Return the item following the procedure described above.
- Once the return is received and approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Beauty Diamond is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information
- Check whether the parcel was left with a neighbour or at a pickup point
If you entered an incorrect shipping address when placing the order, please contact our customer service immediately.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you if the refund has been approved
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method
