We process orders Monday to Friday. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once processed, orders are usually delivered within 7–12 business days, depending on the destination and local courier service.

We do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.

Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours of purchase. After that, you will need to wait for delivery and follow our return policy.

All orders include Insured Priority Shipping with tracking. If your order is not delivered as expected, we will arrange a replacement.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, where applicable.

To help maintain color, shape, and overall quality, wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle with similar colors and inside out.

Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, and air dry whenever possible. Avoid high dryer temperatures.
